Cool Ashes to Ashes

Did anyone watch it? Looks like it could be a good series, I liked Life on Mars a lot. Hope they can keep the suspense up in this one as well.
Gene Hunt is on top form!

"Fire up the Quatro".

I also loved Life on mars, the cars the building everything, at one point, there was rumored to be a third version of that wasn't there? Gene Hunt transfers, or gets transfered down south? thats what I though I'd once read anyway.

Ashes to Ashes, no didn't watch it, but if it's like the Life on Mars type of program then I'll watch the next one.

I watched Ashes to Ashes, and I'm not overly impressed with it, the creators have taken a good idea(Life on Mars) and have taken it to far and spoiled it.

I'd said so on another site elsewhere, the reply was that they thought it a bit harsh to judge it on one episode, and that they'd enjoyed it, but still, I'll give it another episode and possibly another after that, and see how the plot unfolds.

When all said and done, I'm still not overly impressed, but time will tell.
