Keeley Hawes is on screen 90% of the time, looking wistfully into space. The story line was also very weak. Sorry, I need a bit more to hold my attention.

I'd said so on another site elsewhere, the reply was that they thought it a bit harsh to judge it on one episode, and that they'd enjoyed it, but still, I'll give it another episode and possibly another after that, and see how the plot unfolds.

When all said and done, I'm still not overly impressed, but time will tell.

I was going to consider giving it another episode to see how it pans out, but nah, judging by what everyone else has said, I think I'll give it a miss, wasn't impressed with it on first viewing anyway.

Excellent, Life On Mars was and wouldn't mind seeing a re-run on the tele once again, both series 1 and 2.

Did have the first series on DVD, until the cat managed to destroyed it, lol.

As for Ashes to Ashes, I wouldn't care to see a re-run of that once again or indeed a new series, unless the new one is a considerable improvement on the first.

Hehe I'm at home at minute and have been for 2 weeks, soon going to The Middle East(Oman) and there the only proper 'English' TV you get is the BBC for the middle east and east Asia, we get CNN and french tv aswell but no Life on Mars, Nothing to remind me of home, Even though it is ment to be set in the early 70's, before my birth.

Sack Corrie it does me head in, used to like it along with eastenders, but it's run it's course as far as I'm concerned, But each to their own I say.
