Looks like you have spyware or malware on your computer.
Have you got a spyware remover?

If not get yourself to www.download.com and download "spybot search and destroy"......just look up spyware removers,its free and great for removing malicious ads and programs etc.
Another way as well is to go to your add and remove programs and see if you have (wintools,gain,gator,adservice,searchbars etc.) programs that you dont use and uninstall them....if you can,it can become a pain to do this,which is why is suggest getting spybot!!

Spybot is 4.15mb..............wont take long on a broadband connection!

If you have trouble finding it,i have it and can send it you.

I use a combination of Spywareblaser and spybot to keep them away.

To find them you can use Adaware to find & get rid of them.

You may find that you have this file C:\Program Files\Preview AdService\PrevAdKeep.exe etc on your HDD.
have a search on Google for the file you mentioned.

Try HijackThis available from here to identify what is running on your system.

Hijack this, spybot & adaware should help get rid, spybot/spywareblaster should help keep em at bay.

You might also want to consider a firewall such as Zonealarm and an antivirus package such as AVG.
At the very least, you should be running these 2 types of program.

All these programs are freeware & work very well.

well done guys! good advise! If that doesnt sort it out gillian then get a program called tune-up utillitities, this sorts your computer out once and for all! cleans the registry, speeds it up, defrags, controls startup applications etc etyc BC
