Jason, if your wanting a webspace of your own, I-web can give you all you need for a tenner a year.
And a domain name will cost you £6 for 2 years.

Then you can create your own site that has no advertising etc on.

negative, you can back up your database and move it to another server. Mind you, depends if the forum software let's you do that.

I dont think it does as proboards are the database holders.

Jason a good idea would be to buy a domain such as www.weirdideas.co.uk and forward it to your url. This would make the site asier to remember and more proffesional.
