STOP THE SPREAD OF VIRUS AND WORMS

If you put in your email address book aaa@aa.com or something to that effect any worm or virus that tries to get into you email account to spread their worst will stop with you as a virus etc is spread via the address book..if the first address it gets is confusing to it then it stops dead in its tracks.
Got this from an internet magazine 3 years ago and if everyone did this then virus's and worms that spread via email would become obsolete.

makes you wonder why the big companies don't use this method if it works.

The only way to stop a virus ect is to have a good firewall and good antivirus software that is kept upto date.

I'm not very pc savy,and I just think the people that invent worms etc are just gits!! Why pluck up someones pc?? It's not smart or cleaver!! it burgerd up or old pc and so we had to spend good money on a new pc!!

Its not smart or clever?
Its tremendously clever, just can be abused, hacking is a weapon and can be used for good. I belong to organisations that hack evil websites, such as Far-right Nazis and such. A good place to star off your cyber activism is www.hackthissite.org it comes with free missions that get harder as you progress.

The people who just make random virus's put alot of effort into them, why they do it requires more of a psycological answer, something that isnt easy without knowing them, quite possibly however they just need a life.
