I'm having problems viewing websites

Wonder if anyone can help, it's as though my internet explorer has had it's access configuration changed in the fact that I can't view seemingly normal websites. Message below was shown after trying to go to google images:

ERROR

http://www.google.co.uk/imghp?hl=en&tab=wi&q= Access Denied

Access Denied to:

• Porn

Access control configuration prevents your request from being allowed at this time.


Won't even let me view some e-commerce sites, and other inoccuous stuff...
Wasn't even looking for rude pictures, it was a blank search :(
I've looked all over IE settings, Google, and my ISP's websites to see if I'd changed any search settings by mistake, but I can't find anything out of place.

Any help/ideas much appreciated!
