Well, despite all the warnings about AOL being like bindweed that you have to format to be rid of, it has caused no problems at all. The switch over was painless. I can only assume it was because we used the migration route.

Just make sure you have cleaned all your registry to make sure you have got rid of it all.

How do I do that? I don't much like pokeing around in there.

Open up the program and go to tools,click it and scroll down to registry cleanup,let it show up then click do them all.
It will then run the program and show all obselete entries,when it is finished click edit,select all and then delete.You may even see your computer run faster depending on what it cleans away.
