Smile Ubuntu - Linux for human Beings ?

Does anyone run Linux?

I have just received a large parcel of Ubuntu disks, freely given away (I have to distribute what I have left) so that it can be spread more.

It's a linux derivative and being a complete noob as far as t's concerned I'm impressed after the first 10 mins.

Although the demo cd took 6 minutes+ to boot up it's damn fast on my PC.

Methinks I'll be installing this when I get another pc running in my loft den.

I need a Linux howto for dummies book too lol

I managed to fob them off on people at work, well all the 32 bit ones anyway.
Seems that there are few people that have 64 bit proccessors & I'm stuck with them till the next update in a short while..
Don't think I'll get so many next time. :-)
