What's a circulation banner?

i think ollie owns the circulatin club in burnley ,janet ,they have made a banner for sunday ..

i will be in the jimmy mac lower, back of the goals my favourite place there are eleven of us which by an amazing coincidence is the amount of letters in the word "circulation" so will be holding up one letter each! The banner is being made for us and you will see it about 20 mins before kick off, you lot in Cleveleys may see it before the Burnley and Blackburn lot do! all hush hush at the minute dont want the nasty blackburn lot getting wind of it, on another subject i believe a group of burnley fans are going in fancy dress, butch dingle dress to be precise, camaflauge jackets and ginger hair do's, hope it happens will be funny
