yes bet every week please, may have to sell my ticket as we have just been told by police can open the pub on the day, we didnt think we would be allowed to (couldnt open on the Leeds game) so am going to auction it for the tsunami appeal:(

the only reason the pubs will be allowed to open is because there will only burnley supporters in them and the majority of rovers fans are travelling on the free coaches that have been laid on for us with the police escorts as we had the last time we BEAT you ;) unlike when you played leeds and their fans could turn up anytime they wanted and enter any pub (if open)....no rovers supporter in their right mind would enter any pub in burnley on sunday ..unless of course they were looking for trouble........... :boxing_sm :icon_argu:

am going to put a sign outside telling people to watch out for you Blackburn Raving bloody nutter, they are letting us open because we have a large room with biggest screen in Burnley and are level headed well behaved fans! Will you be going on the game?

I just hope both sets of fans enjoy the game and there is no trouble,in an ideal world we could have a drink with the Rovers fans and take the puss out of each other, but both sides have a nutter brigade and world war three would break out!

i sense a slight air of tension there matey....... i wasnt being off hand or derogatory i was merely stating a fact .....and as wayney stated in his post in an ideal world we would all be sat in the same pub enjoying a pint or ten and takin the puss but unfortunatly that isnt going to happen even if i was to enter your pub with the level headed well behaved fans ...you would clearly see what i mean ...but if the offer stands ... :D ........

and unfortunatly i wont be attending the game as i have a prior engagment (a christening) and to let one of my best mates down whom i have known for nigh on 15 years wouldnt be feasible seeing as its on the tele and we will be in a pub .....he along with his partners familly are all making the sacrifice and sometimes its got to be done albeit begrudgingly....but none the less lets hope its a fair battle .... :D

agree with you there raver, family before football any day, sure you will have a radio tucked away somewhere! I remember when i went to Wembley for the play offs and the tube was packed solid with Burnley fans and there was one solitary stockport fan, they sang to him all the way and we all shook hands with him getting off the tube. happy days!!

good day to have a christening it willl always be remembered as the day burnley kicked blackburns butt!! serious family and friends before footy! always. family and friends will always be there (blackburn fc wont!) you will always be welcome in my pub raver! Remember being in a pub just off Wembley way, FULL and I mean FULL of Clarets and about 3 Stockport fans - not a bit of trouble - just good-hearted banter

Great day, great result, and Stockport are where they belong after the derrogatory remarks THEY came out with about their low attendance figures (long memories)

That said, whatever happened to Cheatin Jock McKinnley and Fabiarse DeFreitas
