I shall miss a lot of the game I have to be somewhere else. Our local theatre is showing the games on a big screen I should hve liked to go, maybe the next one.

If they want to get anywhere near the likes of Germany and Brazil they will have to improve 100%,they were absolute rubbish.

Well, they managed a win, but by Christ they were terrible. They will not get far if there are not some significant changes. They need one huge kick up the jacksie.

Even stick-boy was so bored, that when he scored he forgot to do his crrrrazzzy robotics (thank goodness!)
we are so gonna win the world cup - if we can play like we have in the last two games and STILL qualify, how can we not win the world cup????

I had to go out just after Rooney came on, i thought i wasn't missing much, got about a hundred yards and heard a huge cheer from the pub so I knew we must have scored as soon as i went out. Maybe I should do this every game we might stand a chance, I think luck is the only thing that will get us through

don't want to be rude, but you are right... if you just watch the matches, you have to say the english team is not in the best condition... BUT - although the match yesterday wasn't as good as ours (germany) the day before, it was better than the match agains paraguay !

general statement: it's all about respect...

and a little insider information... I was at home the last week... and Berlin is a big place of party in the moment... it's amazing and really lovely... I'm a bit sad that I can't be there during the worldcup

I was in Germany just after the 1966 world cup. We stuck posters all over the coach and the reception was a bit frosty to say the least...lol!

Your English is brilliant, much better than my German. And don't worry, we know how badly England is playing.

you are right, most of the german people are a bit frosty... thats why I feel so comfortable here... I can't go on with the typical german mentality.. i like it a bit more easy going ;o) and thanks for the compliment about my english... I do my verry best lol
