It's very sad but not un-expected news Jasey! I like you never saw him play but by all accounts he was up there with the top players! R,I,P George Best!

I so him play for United in the 60's, great player.It's a shame he had to die this way, but no doubt he enjoyed himself and lived life doing what he loved best.

I thought the one minute appluse was a better idea than a minute's silence as you'll always get people that will try and wreck it,and in George Best case I think he'd have wanted the appluse!
