I used Microsoft Office Picture manager to do mine but its waiting approval so not sure if it worked.

You can do it in MS photo editor Mercury:

IMAGE> RESIZE> Width...Height etc....>OK

Thank you. Unfortuantly, I didnt check in time to submit a photo for this months comp. Never mind, there's always next month.
