Photo Competition Rules

Monthly Photo Competition Rules (updated 04/07/07).

The Theme will be chosen by the previous month's competition winner, who cannot enter the competition for their own theme, but may submit 4 photos for discussion until voting begins.

Submissions:

One entry per person, you may post up to 4 images to help you decide on a final entry - three of them must be deleted before voting begins.

Photograph dimensions should be no larger than 800 x 600 pixels and a maximum of 500kb filesize.

The image should be your own work or that of your family

Photographs may be enhanced using image editing programs, but remember this is a photography competition, not an image manipulation exercise.

Photographs must not be obscene and be of a suitable nature to view on a public forum! (Well, you never know).

Entries should be submitted before 10.00pm on the last day of the month.


Voting:

You have one vote.

The poll will be open for 48 hours to enable voting.

You cannot vote for your own entries, although you don't have to vote (if you're really competetive) lol.

The winner will be the person whose photograph get's the most votes (obvious really). In the event of a tie, the pictures with the most votes will go 'head to head' and the previous month's winner will pick an outright er...winner!
