parking laws on cobbled streets
does anybody know what the law is on parking on cobbled streets. as i have been told that certain parking laws and restrictions do not apply to cobbled streets.

As far as i'm aware, a cobbled street is still part of the normal highway code unless it's private property so the laws still apply. Not 100% sure though.
