Hi Neil,

The updated PCN is still wrong as it does not specify 28 and 14 days from the date of this notice. However its probably not enough to make it invalid. The most anoying thing is, if they ever bothered to read the RTA 1991 it would be virtually impossible to get this wrong as its spelled out in black and white what the PCN MUST STATE!.

I would be interested in seeing the reverse of the PCN as well. Bury made thier worse mistakes on the back with the details about the NTO.

I'll let you know what the district auditer's decision on the illegal income is.

sorry not been in touch , completely renovated the bedroom been working loads of hours to pay for it, thanks so much for taking the time to take photos i agree about them having the signs etc, but in the fine and receipt paper work it clearly states fixed penalty and fixed fee, nothing about release fee, even if this is against the law which i am sure it is how do i go about getting my money back.

Went to a parking ticket appeal this week and won. But it's more to do with reason.

The ticket was invalid as there has to be 2 dates on it. As we know Parkwise tickets have the words 'Date of Issue' in brackets besides it. So if mine is invalid so is everybodys, and have been since 6th September 2004.

you think thats bad i wiggy on the parking wardens in blackburn and the underhand tatics they use are really out of order. not only yesterdaqy 2 wardens hid behind a car and they ticketed a disabled person going to a cash point and then joking about it on the radio with there boss

got to reply to this one neal, but things have changed a lot. things are a lot fairer in east lancs than any where else in th UK.I know been there and booked em, but if everyone did what they were supposed to do we would be out of a job:Banane35: . so dont blame us, but the driver that can't tell time, cant see the disabled sign, or double yellow lines, or have had 15 tickets and still can@t park a car

I received a ticket today,i was only in the post office 4 minutes,i think he was waiting for me to leave my car,but there was nowhere else to park,what am i suppose to do?
