 *waves* "hi" Hello, i'm a ceramics student at Uclan in preston, iv'e signed up to do some research on Burnley because im designing and making new ceramic souvenirs for Burnley (they may be for sale) Please check out my souvenir thread in general chat and ill be posting in burnley history catagory for some juicy tales first hand I lived in Burnley for a while, worked at m&s :p Ive also been a vollunteer at the gallery for a long time (mid pennine arts - behind mechanics theatre) helping to run a chilrens art club on saturday mornings but alas not enough children come to earn me travel from preston, so my partner is left to cope on his own! (£2 per child 10:30 - 12:30 saturdays (except exhibition change-over weeks) ....just thought i should tout the art club somewhere more apropriate on this forum!             |
