Not personally but it sounds like it might be what Mick had.

I suffered from it nearly two years ago. 9 months later, Alice was born!
The norwalk was awful. Horrendous stomach cramps, diahhroea, vomitting, and just felt totally drained all the time. It really took a lot out of me, but about two days later from the onset of the symptoms, I still felt tired, but, at least the D&V had stopped.
I take it you are suffering, Sweetpea?

Yeah, started very suddenly on Friday evening. Spent most of the night in the loo, with crippling stomach cramps. Felt very sick, but never was. Because I was not actually sick, I wondered if it was something else, but I am almost sure it is, still getting cramps

It got me last week, very important meeting on the Wednesday, got through that and then cold sweats early hours of the morning and then now’t until about 9.pm and then puked for a good half hour, 24 hrs after the bottom burps took a nasty turn, enough said. Not pleasant, not at all nice and those that missed it, I hope you continue to avoid it.

Yep, you have it. Make sure you get lots of rest and have plenty of fluids. Most places say that you will be fine to go back to work after 24 hours after you have been sick or have gone to the toilet, unkess you work in a care setting/school/catering, but to be honest, I would recommened 48hours.
Hope you feel better soon

We caught it on the cruise ship AURORA about 3 years ago,It was bad for a couple of days, but then we had to be kept in our cabins which were fully disinfected for another 48 hours which was worse,,I have nothing but praise for P&O..They handled the situation brilliantly...
