Knowledge is a dangerous thing. Better to be ignorant on the subject considering what ends up in most foods today.

My youngest daughter and I have been away from home for 5 weeks and avoided junk. Both of us lost weight and feel much better but we still need to lose more (her a little and me a lot). We did lots of walking too until I twisted my knee towards the end and it's still giving me gyp.

Thanks for the links. They'll be very useful.

I know lots of theory about healthy eating but putting it into practice is the thing. I have mad splurges of buying fruit to juice for drinks and then can't find the time. It's not so much the juicing as the washing the flippin juicer afterwards

I used to eat Sweety Grapefruit and love it! but cant take it with the medication im taking also cant have Cranberry
What i have been doing is having raw grated beetroot with wild rocket as a side salad, it tastes lovely. Making lots of different soups with watever i have got in vegetables. Red peppers are so nice and sweet, i also think that veg tastes so much better these days! Put did cheat the other day and had pie and peas at the local pub which was like heaven with peas and gravy!
