Am I supposed to drink this morning or evening? I drank it this evening and I found it quite pleasant.

Batch number 2 is now under way but this is the different milk so may not work as well.

Drink it at anytime and as much as you like - if you leave it to ferment longer it gets thicker, but does not 'sour' - when the grain reaches the size of a dessertspoon you can divide it and make 2 batches at once - keep a supply in a old large 500gram coffee jar in the fridge (right size for 1 litre) - if you find that you have made more than you need just put the grain in a small amount of milk in the fridge to 'hibernate' it till you want to make some more
I'm glad you like it and hope it works for you

I'll look forward to being able to make two at once and have some to drink whenever I want it.

I think that once you have been a nurse, you stay one forever.
I am continually being shown children with rashes/cuts/lumps/bumps and festering sores......and it is to no avail to tell people that my field of speciality was gynaecology.

My little cauliflower has had babies! There are three smaller ones in there now. Do you suppose they broke away from the main one?

Smile Re: Probiotics

Yes they must have broken off the big piece. You can try to use and grow them in their own smaller fermentation jar. If you accidentally drink some small bits they wont do you any harm. Sounds like you are doing fine so far.
