| Been suffering it very bad lately where its happening permanently day & night with craps erm *cramps*up & down my legs, twitchy & sore, to point it effected movement for past few days, altho i have found peppermint gel for legs from bodyshop brill, not stopped the pain much but least i can move better without walking like a stiffy LOL :becky: Last edited by accymel2006; 13-08-07 at 17:47. |

| have found a cure! Well works for me. Stop wearing tight shoes including trainers. Take a calcium and a magnesium supplement every day and drink quinnine water at night (with vodka if you like) Done this for a month now and not had restless legs once. I wear crocs for work now instead of trainers, far more comfortable but the young 'uns laugh at me! |
