| Mine has developed a habit of pooing in the bath! Not very nice, but at least it's easier to clean than a carpet! Got to put him in the cattery for hols this year - I'm dreading it, but no alternative. First time in 7 years ![]() |

| Aaaw I'm sure you'll find the best cattery. Ours are quite indifferent about going to the cattery - one just doesn't like going in her cat box to get there. I think she associates it with the vet and she does NOT like the vet. She was ill recently and we had to take her a couple of times for anti-biotic injections. That was a challenge and a half. When we finally caught her and got her in the box and down to the vet she wouldn't come out of it again and squeezed herself as far back inside as possible. It's not easy to pry a wild thing all fangs and teeth from seemingly being welded to the back wall of a cat box! A couple of days ago she was pestering me for some supper but I was busy doing something so I was ignoring her or replying "Yes, I know. Just a minute." Then I carried on what I was going and she sat there watching me and muttering to herself. Periodically she meeowed at me and nodded towards the door and I'd say "Patience. I'll come in a minute." Then when I'd finished what I was doing I said to my husband "I'll just feed the cats and then I'll be with you." I swear the cat responded with a "woohoo!" as she leapt up and darted off towards the kitchen!
