I think they already did some filming there the week before we went. We went there on the Bank Holiday weekend.

It's definitely not the sort of place I'd like to be in on my own in the dark. Part of the tunneling is sloping and the ground gets very slippery when it's raining because the water seeps through the chalk.

That Youtube is really interesting, especially the bit about the light. The light I photographed seemed to shine through from another tunnel but I wasn't sure if anyone was in there or not. I do wish you could see in the photo the faces it seemed to pick up out of the shadows.

I've lightened the area a bit to see if you can see what we actually saw.

I can definitley make out a face of a man which looks in part shadow, with strong features. Strange about the light in the video?

Yes the left side as you look at it (the man's right) was in shadow as if he was being illuminated by the light from his left/my right. There was no body there though.

Oh yes and the light you can actually see wouldn't have shone on his face because that was actually behind him but that's not clear from the photo. The quality isn't very good because it was incredibly gloomy down there.
