i agree on what you say (money is the root of all evil)but to certain people it helps..as nowadays people sue for litterilly anything...accusations are cheap and the innocent wounded in the progress....the court case at the moment i feel is the people whom are throwing the accusation want money...i agree with you on that score but something is a miss it is like me having the wealth and property and say for instance your child stays at my gigantic fairground home and i hve your child in my bed...(THAT IS WRONG)no excuse acceptable at all the drink dirty mags ect...i believe they are lies maybe innocence is there but the bed sharing is fact......even if he is innocent he needs to know you cant have male/female children in your bed that are parented by others....if it was one of my kids money not an issue i would want revenge my way as i am the protector of my child or children......if he is guilty then he deserves all that comes if he is not then we hope he learns to not share bed with minors........

plus just to add the kid who accused him has actually told his teacher at school not long after the allegations began that michael was in fact innocent .the kid said he never did anything to him.

lots of things coming out about this families habitual lying so my view still stands and always will!!!

i am realy confused ,i thought he was a peter pan adult,living his childhood again .then you hear all the pornographic stuff he has been involved in ,i am glad i am not on that jury ,,i dont like the sound of the brothers involved ,then again i think m.j .has lost the plot ...not convinced either way any more ,,,but i hope the truthcomes out on top in the end ,,,,

Sorry I was not clear, I am not a fan of michael Jackson and think he should go to jail for the things he has done in the past however I think it is unfair that a man should be put on trial just because a numb family of liers wanted some money.

Michael Jackson should be banned from having children at his home and in my oppinion have his own children taken of him (if that hasnt already been done???)

If you watched the documentry with martin bashire you will have a much better insight into Michael Jacksons strange mind. I think he is trying to re-live his youth because his youth was so bad. He was often beaten by his dad and never alloud to go out or have friends.

I think this is why he prefers "child" friends because he is actually a child himself.

He still should not have them staying at his house though, and certainly not in his bed !!!!

if what is said about his child hood with the beatings/abuse from his father and not having friends ect then doesnt it want to make you a BETTER person or ROLE MODEL in life???? i mean how many people out there have been brought up in a childrens home or been through some horrific stages in life?....i myself lived on the streets because of a step mother met a fellow (as my mum O.D'd and father naffed off-sister was put in a home)i was young and had no option but to turn to the streets...i am a father a grandad too (i aint that old either)but my children/step children will NEVER go through what i went through as i am there to help and protect them i am human and to be honest my above experience made me what i am today no-ones fault just a stage in life thats all ...remember your parents telling you you cant play with (joe bloggs)because they are a bad example or you got into trouble but parents said it is because you hang around with (joe bloggs) always someone elses fault.........we all have a peter pan in us (be it our kids-nieces-nephews-grandkids ect) i offer love support and affection a shoulder to cry on and always be there for them.................................but never offer the share of my bed..................sorry some things in life you just DONT do

It was saying yesturday that they will be allowing evidence from previous alledged victims,but to be fair to MJ the evidence so far by the alledged victim is suspect to say the least! and even though I think he was guilty I could'nt bring myself to convict him, and he is inocent til proved guilty!.

doesnt just go with what the courts say though unfortunatly its so media hyped that its in view of the whole world.if hes guilty nothing will happen if hes innocent nothing will happen.what bothers me is that yes if hes guilty lock him up throw away the key.if hes not then how the hell does someone ever recover from all this?

There are children from different areas of America all saying the same thing about him, how he plied them with alcohol, showed them porn and sexually abused them.
The police have found the porn where the children said it was.
The police have found the alcohol where the children said it was.
Michael Jackson has admitted that he sleeps with other peoples children.
Like I said on the JK thread, there's more evidence that Michael Jackson is guilty than there was for Jonathan Kings case, if he's found not guilty then I would consider it a miscarrage of justice, either Michael Jackson is more guilty than Jonathan King, or Jonathan King is more innocent than Michael Jackson.
Yes it's unfortunate that the trial has been turned into a media frenzy but what do you expect when the accused person stands on a car, does a little dance and waves at the crowds.
Michael Jackson has already proven that he shouldn't be trusted with children. Remember that balcony thing with his own child? As far as I'm concerned, he should have been locked up for putting his child's life in danger like that, so if he gets locked up for this, EVEN IF HE'S NOT ACTUALLY GUILTY, it'll still be justice, just a little late that's all.
