Your Council have made across the service savings this year 2008, your Council have made cost saving efficiencies this year 2008.
Your government have cut their contribution to your Council? who? picks up the shortfall? you have guessed it, the Council Tax Payer?
Woe betide you, if you fall behind or even refuse to pay, they will secure your assets and even put you in jail? no, I am not joking? these are the powers your elected Council have.
If you genuinely feel that you Council is not providing the service that you as a Council Tax Payer has been led to believe is the norm, then contact your councillor, was he or she not elected to represent you as a Council Tax Payer?
