I helped my son get all his bank charges back last year and i used the moneysavingexpert.co.uk site which is run by Martin Lewis the man who told us this was illegal and to claim them back,so we did and he was delighted with his £400 back that the bank took from his account.

its rediculous when ur charged insane amounts for little

like i was charge £38 twice by my bank for goin £1.36 over my limit O_o i mean come on how ridiculous is that anyway i managed to get it back

I once picked the wrong paying in book up and put money in my account instead of my hubbies. Due to this his account became overdrawn we managed to get the charges stopped but did end up out of pocket.
