Online Opticians

My sister pays a fortune for her glasses from high street opticians and i am trying to convince her to try online opticians as they are way cheaper and give a money back guarantee if not completely satified,has anyone on here used them?

How can you have a sight test on line, I have problems with my eyes and have a sight test very six months, I just can't see how I could use an online Optician

You get your eyes tested at the high street opticians and then get your perscription and the form is on line and you put the info from your perscription onto their form and pick your frames and away you go,there is a bit more to it but everything is explained and quite simple to do i have found alot of good reviews about them she would save well over a hundred pounds if she uses them

But how do you try them on? I try loads on before I'm happy to choose a frame.

Thanks Lippy I see now, but like Willow says you can't try them on, plus when I get specks they usually have to adjust them ot fit my head

You can take measurements of the glasses you have now(they tell you how to do this)then show you the frames they have in stock that will fit you,also i noticed on a couple of sites that if you pay the postage they will send you the frames to try on sort of try before you buy and a contact number in case you need help.
