Who Is that in the mirror?

Anyone else look in the mirror and think, who is that strange old person looking back at me?
Maybe it is just me, I found a few old photos today from the 70s and it got me to wondering, I still feel the same me I was then, the old duck in the mirror is someone else.
Anyone have a clue what I am on about.
The photos are now in my profile album if anyone wants a laugh.

Spot on Poppy I often look in the mirror and wonder who the hell is that old cronie looking back at me, then I realise its me. Like you I don't feel that much different now as I did when I was in my twenties, that is until I try to do things I did with ease in those days, then it tells on you. I've always said that I wouldn't grow old gracefully, but unfortunately I think I have had to take stock lately, there is one thing that you can't legislate for and thats failing health

I look at my old black and white wedding photos ,and i just cant believe its us.....
I love to look at the old school photos in the Burnley Express on Tuesdays,,,one week our old class was in,,,,i looked So different then,,,,

Well, that's only because you don't wear your hair in plaits and two ribbons on top G-C anymore, and the short gymslip..

I won't even glance at myself through a shop window now, should do, once walked around for a while with me skirt tucked in me knickers ..

Eeew, me too Willow, try to get a look on my face that won't crinkle all the face, but still with a cheery smile, start to quiver and finish up looking like a female Jack Nicholson when he is in an evil mood.

Mind you, a certain person I known ^^^ always catches me unawares showing more of my front bits than is decent ..

It's awful when you look in the mirror and get a bit of a shock to see how much you have aged. I think I look like I did when I was about 19/20, so when I look in the mirror and see myself now,I think OMG! Surely I dont look like that now! Pass me the polyfilla quick!

Yes i do! and when i look at my sister i see my Grandmother!
Strange how family likenesses loom up at you.
I find myself sounding like my Mum as well !

Me too, I look just the same as she did ,but SHE was a much nicer kinder person than me
