Hi,my first blog on the BurnleyWeb site, I am looking for a site where myself and fellow employees can vent our feeling about our employer, you know how it goes? had a bad day,week or month? need to get something of your chest? is this the site locally where? you can honestly comment without fear of your employer monitoring your comments,threatening you with intimidation and possible dismissal because of what? you have said?

I would really value the comments from members of this site, comments on poor employment practices,bullying and intimidation or try? just plain undermining of the individual at work.

I'm the same Sweetpea, mind you being on my own all day its hard to fall out with yourself, although I sometimes do

I found if someone was that bad to work for, I mean bad enough to go to all the trouble of having a forum to moan about them. I was gone after the first day, life is too short.
If you can't be happy where you are go somewhere where you can be

I just had a phone call from someone who is being treated appallingly by their boss - alternative employment isn't easy to come by though.

For those that have the model employer! well done,good choice, perhaps this particular blog and site does not encourage those who have bad employers, to respond.

A thought for the day? all employers in Burnley are a model to the rest of the UK?
