Weirdest thing you've had in a Christmas cracker?
A plastic hand grenade complete with removeable pin! I kid you not.

Corny jokes1 I really cant remember getting anything weird in a cracker but my Mum used to put silver charms in our Christmas puddings which we nearly choked on or broke teeth on!
