I thought Vera,s demise was a let down, after all the hype...i thought she might have found out what a let down her grandson was,,,,Tyrone is a much better ,kinder person,and i thought she would have found that out and had a real heart to heart with him.....

Yes, it used to show a nicer side adding moralistic messages but i find it very different to how it used to be. I dont enjoy watching it these days .Maybe it should show more of a comedy side or go back in peoples past s?

I hav'nt watched soaps for years its only because the other halfs in some episodes around now, she was in last Friday, but if I'd have blinked I'd have missed her

We both do Kiki although I record them on Sky+ the transfer the relevant scene to tape. In fact she was in two scenes in Waterloo Road last night, one in the museum and the other was in the nursing home, she was the first one of the two ladies in bed, they were supposed to have dementia, as I remarked at the time not much acting needed there then, to which I got a serious clout. She is in Corry either tonight or Monday, she in the hairdressers sat next to Rita having a perm

As I have just found myself suddenly retired, thought about doing this myself Jaysey, and last week found myself looking at the various sites for extras. Ok .. no spring chicken at 64 years, and know that there is very little money in this. Have to treat it as a Hobby so to speak.

PHA only appear to be asking for age range 17 - 35 years ? Is this temporary do you think or do they only keep a few older members on their books ? Don't suppose you could kindly ask your wife about this.. ta.

Don't need to ask her Katex they do take people on your age, (Joan is 62, 60 when she started) she just rang them up and went for an interivew. they need a wide range ages (just watch an add while typing this for Foxy Bingo, Joans in this too) So give it a go Katex, you never know until you try
