I can't find anything about it either but somewhere at the back of my mind I remember Neal saying to encourage people to donate he was going to make certain things VIP only. Trouble is, I can't remember what they were!

There is a VIP only group (just under the over 18's,) so maybe the arcade is another one perk for the VIP's.

When I became a member you had to make five posts a day to play. I don't have a problem with that rule but what if there aren't enough topics that you have an opinion on to make that number of posts?

The arcade is just for the VIP's, I found the thread that Neal posted in November, and it's the top post in the forum.
