Don't they have such things as Borstal now? When I was young,the cops were on the beat and if one ever came to your door you got hell from your parents. Instead of the cops riding round in cars,they should be back walking the streets and really see whats going on.

gonna plant a hawthorne hedge so later in the year they'll get a lovely surprise when they dive over or into the fence lol! Seriously though, last year i had my main window smashed at the height of the season which terrified me at the time...the least i can offer is some sort of injury by nature eh? lol!

when we were kids all the houses on the back streets had broken glass cemented to the tops of the walls , i cant see why it should be ilegal if people want to break in etc it serves them right if they slash themselves ,
