 arty hoarding by kindness of Burnley developer Stannard Homes property developers Burnley, got in touch with Tod in Bloom via TIB website and offered help making a derelict site they are going to develop look better for judging day on next Tuesday. Hoardings went up, and we posted on our local forum that we needed folk to come and slap some paint about.
