Why on earth would I want one?

Have you ever seen any of those products for sale that leave you asking yourself "Why on earth would I want one?"

Like a fridge deodoriser. :noidea:

Surely if there's a pong in the fridge it's telling you that something in there has gone off and needs to be chucked.

lol i often think that when i look through the betterware or kleeneze catalogues, they do sell some weird stuff

my old dad was a sucker for them, the cupboard under the stairs was full of them.
He became an inventor when I was about 14, so we had loads of weird and wonderful things that nearly worked.
He did invent some good machinery for industry and made a good living at it.
But we had hundreds of " this one will be worth millions" laying around the house just gathering dust.

No one would belief half of it. My dads family could have stepped straight out a Dickens novel they were so weird. Poor hubs got quite a shock when he met them for the first time. He never did get used to them.
