I got hailstoned on today! The lightening was pretty dramatic.

Busman thought it was funny to open my window in the car when it was chucking it down too and I got slightly soggy!

i dont know how i didnt get wet today, i was watching the rain pelting down from my doorstep and i waited till it stopped to go out, and just as i got to the bus stop it started again, then stopped as i got to town lol

I have been snuggled up in the house all day, the lightening was great, just never lasts long enough any more.

Had a thunderstorm but now its brighter if cloudy. Not as sticky as it was but its still uncomfortable.

Had some sunshine for a while buts its done a runner. Wouldnt mind but there is no wind to ease the clammyness.

Well it's dull yet again here!!!

My mate flew out to cyprus this morning, gone to Pathos for a week. Her fella rang my hubby about 1 hour ago and said it's 29c there..............friends like that you don't need enemies do you?? BUGGERS.......:Cry:

:please:Hope it is nicer tomorrow - I have organised a trip to take 97 school children to Moss Bank Park in Bolton! I've told them to dress for the weather, but I am hoping and praying as we will be outside for much of the day.
Oh well - might have to spend a lot of time looking at the butterflies - at least they're inside!

Why is it that its fine when you are inside and when you have to go outside the heavens open and you get sopping wet thro?

It happened to me twice today - on my way to work - just got half way down and the rain started, and then when i finished work it was fine got half way round the building to walk down to my sisters and the heavens opened again. I ran back into the building and put my waterproof coat on and walked round to my sisters just got to the bottom of her road and it stopped. Sods law aint it. Oh and when i was coming home - got out of the car and crossed the road and there were spots of rain again. At least i was going into the house.
