Posh (Victoria Beckham) says that she wouldn't mind living in a council house. Do you think that she feels like this because she knows it is an unlikely event?

Well, it is very unlikely that she will ever live in a council house, but I bet she thought it made her sound as if she wasn't as posh as what she makes out to be!

I'm sure that there are a few council tenants out in the real world who will do a house swap with her if she really means it.

There's nothing wrong with council houses, as you say, it depends on who lives there. You can have a lovely council estate then get one bad apple amongst them, who bring everything down. The same can also, I think apply to any housing estate or area.

nobody doubts that there are some very pleasant council houses and lovely estates, but knowing Posh's penchant for the luxuries in life...it doesn't really sound convincing for her to say that she wouldn't mind living in a council house...puhleeese, credit us with some intelligence here.

I think she was trying to say that she would be happy wherever she lives as long as she's with her husband and kids - not a very unusual concept really.

I've never understood the "posh" tag, she sounds like any other Essex gewl.

and got pots of money and never has to do anything useful, and has idiots fawning all over her doing her merest wish.
Does it show I think she is a complete waste of space. Don't get me wrong I don't care what she does, just don't want it rammed down my throat everytime I put the telly on or pick up a newspaper.
A lot of council houses are better built than the private sector. I should have loved to have been able to get one .
