My creative daughter last night made a wonderful (her words not mine

) 'Blue Peter' type sculpture and asked if she could take it into school to show her teacher.

:scared: *shock horror* nooooo ...... she'd only made it out of loo roll holders, fag packets ... and an old tampax box!!!! Her dad said "could be worse she could have also stuck it onto one of the carling 16 pack box's" :laugh:

The look on the face of one of our cats when my eldest daughter dropped a cymbal from a drumkit on the floor! I wish I'd had a camera. You have never seen a more startled expression on the face of a cat! :biggrin1:

Ive had another good day today as well. My eyes going down as well. I have a mobile phone on contract and pay insurance dropped the phone last night and cracked the display. Rang up this morning and im getting another phone being delivered tomorrow. Just have to bag up the old one with its charger and battery. Then went to the docs and hes going to write some letters. And its one day nearer to spug coming down.

Busman woke me an hour before I'd set my alarm this morning just to tell me he'd had a lousy night's sleep!

I couldn't get back to sleep again so ended up getting up an hour earlier than I'd planned and doing sudoku!

I was laughing because my little girl summer cannot pronounce our Cat 'Mitsy's' name yet so she keeps calling her Shitsy instead.. you gotta admit sprogs are funny, and whats more they dont even know it, she was just looking at her old dad as if to say what'd I say?!

Been in the lake district today with my sis and her partner and spug and the dog!!! The dog is a jack russell who is crazy as spug says all jack russells are crazy. Anyway we found out hes scared of geese and swans as swimming around in Tarn Hows he tried swimming round to where we were and there was some ducks and geese and swans in the way - the ducks just split and he swam in between them. The geese and swans hissed at him he did a 90 degree u turn and then tried again to swim past - hissed again he did a u-turn and ended up climbing out and running through all the mud and then jumping in again just past where the geese and swans were!!!

While we were walking round Tarn Hows this couple was walking past and the woman said oh look at that little dog swimming in the lake! I said you can take him home if you want - her husband said i have enough trouble pointing to his wife!!!!
