Worst part of your job

We have all at one time or another moaned about some aspect of our jobs you know the ones that make us want to skelp someone or get full of the drink. I am sitting at working thinking about why its so quiet when it dawned on me the so called planner buyers here are useless overpaid underworked brain dead numpties. Its either too much, not enough, the wrong part, purchase orders set up wrong etc etc etc. They are the bain of my life at the moment who or what is the bain of your job?

The worst part of my job is the pure lack of team work.

We have to all work to the same standard or else other people are having to work doubly hard in a very hard job to try and compensate for the ones that are lazy.

It winds me up no end. 12 hour shifts are hard enough without having to carry other people. If you have a job.....do the job you're bloody paid for and conserve your energy by working instead of trying to find ways out of working.

Life would be much simpler.

Having to get up!...No I shouldn't really complain......I'm retired now and have been for almost five years.
When I was working I would say the best part was the people I looked after....and the worst part was the paperwork and the red tape. (I worked in the NHS).

The really long terms. I hate Monday too. No light at the end of the tunnel then. But generally I enjoy my work.

When I worked in a Bank the thing I hated most was TARGETS. We had to 'sell' a certain number of whatever the flavour of the day was be it insurance policies or ISAs or something. I hated doing it. You ended up persuading people to have things that you knew very well weren't right for them just to meet the wretched targets.

We also had plenty of people who spent far too much energy trying to work out ways of avoiding doing any work!

It really annoys the life out of me spugg. Its not like I am in a position to play them at their own game either, cos my poorly patients need the best care possible. No win situation....... until I kick em up the backside. :poke2:

Work all day for a pitance of a pay for a computer company.
