I have two prep rooms, one wet one dry, and anything I ever ask for. No I don't help in the classroom, unless it's watch them for a bit while teachers nips out.

I do both as a lot of the children are disruptive, alot of teachers are leaving through it!

Too many kids get away with everything that they think its normal to behave badley at school. Wouldnt like to teach.

The school I work at is an independant, not state. The kids all come from money.

Does money buy good behavior though? Kids will be kids reguardless of their background.

In the three independant schools I have worked in I'd say, absolutely. There is usually more at stake. Daddy could cut funds in you misbehave. Funds will terminated if you don't make it to Oxbridge, that sort of thing. Also, these kids see light at the end of the tunnel, they are all well travelled etc. It all makes a difference.
