I think they are questioning foreigners because there was some report of a foreigner hanging around watching young girls wasn't there?

Yes very early in the investigation they said there was a English looking women in a petrol station with a girl fitting maddie's description and that there was a foreign looking male looking into the complex or where maddie went missing days before she vanished.

I think they do get a lot of people saying they might have spotted madeleine, she does look like a lot of young girls her age my neice who is now 13. looked just like madeleine her age! On the news it says they are looking into every sighting, but because of the law over there , they cannot discuss things with the press, i think thats why a lot of people think they are not doing enough!
We dont know what they doing so cant really comment on if they are doing the right things they never tell the public what stage they are up too, because of the laws over there!
Lets just hope she is returned safe and well to her parents soon!

Reward Grabbers Hampering Hunt

Detectives hunting missing four-year-old Madeleine McCann fear people purely motivated by the cash offered by the huge rewards for information are hampering their investigation.

While police are desperate for news of the missing girl from Rothley, Leicestershire, some are said to fear that resources are being distracted by false sightings motivated by money.
It comes as a new video appeal has been launched in an attempt to help find Madeleine.

If I ever found maddie Mccann myself, I swear i wouldn't want any money. The money I would give straight to that little girl.....god knows what she has been through these weeks she has been missing.

I would be the richest person in the world just knowing that this little girl had been placed back with the people she belongs with, that would be enough for me.

This is one problem at the moment. Money is greed, always has been. Some people are just so sick and desperate.

I wouldn't take any money either, but would donate it to those who have been grieved and those who helped search.

I can't help but think that this story of Madeleine MCcann seem's to be slipping from the news head lines a little now.

I watch the news, and I read the sky news web site on the internet and both seem to be fading away more and more!!!

I hope it isn't like that in Portugal. :noidea:
