WHAT BUGS YOU MOST? And WHY, WHY, WHY?

Cyclists riding on the pavement,which I thought was illegal......they whoosh past your shoulder and frighten the living daylights out of you.

Political correctness too.

Loud swearing in public places...i mean the effing and jeffing sort of swearing....without regard to the presence of children and women who may be offended....OK, I know there are some women who can beat the guys at the swearing game.....but it isn't big and it isn't clever.

I have more....but must go and check the veggies for tea.

Silly little things sometimes bug me, things like people not putting the loo seat down, why should the next person have to do it?!

People who have dogs but only walk them when its nice weather is another one, dogs need walking in the rain too! Then when they dont pick up the dog mess after drives me insane. :cursing:

i voted for being against smoking in pubs, i DONT smoke ,but i think its a terrible injustice to those who do,,,As long as people arnt puffing smoke in my face ,then who cares,,, I think car fumes are a million times worse.

I wanted to say I am AGAINST the complete ban on smoking in pubs! It a load of crap! Fair enough have a seperate room where people can CHOOSE to go into if they wish to but banning it all together can only lead to trouble - one way or another!

It's not that I agree with smoking and do admit that non smokers should have the CHOICE about weather they subject themselves to the dangers or not however I think that if people want to smoke (expecially saying there are so many of us) they should be accomadated for. Theres people on drugs that get treated better than those of us who smoke.

Im ranting now and bot making much sense so I'll stop!

Granny, do you or a member of your family use a car, do they have to use a car for work? Do you fly to your holiday destination or work abroad. My husband has to use a car for work, he also flies often for work. Both necessary.

Cigarettes are not.

Also, both car and aeroplane contamination has been cut dramatically over the years and continues to be cut.

Cigarettes remain the same.

Sweetpea car and plane contamination may have dropped drastically but there are now more of both. The contamination produced in order to give these essential modes of transport are huge. I live next to a refinery and see it every day so it bugs me. So using them as a needed/not needed to ciggies is somewhat narrow to say the least.

Do you drive? If so, you are contributing to the contamination? Was the refinery there before you? If so you should not have moved there.

Also, it is a fact that the air is now much, much cleaner than even 20 years ago.

The refinery did provide me with work, I stay because my daughter is also in the town and no I dont drive (by choice).

Dosnt matter what bugs us at the end of the day as someone will always disagree. Smoking banned in pubs fair enough but there will always be ciggies for many years to come because govenments make too much money of them. As for petroleum contamination that wont last for ever but something will come along to replace it.
