SIGNATURES?

just tried to change my signature but i cant? when i try tp paste new sig it doesnt give you the option anyone any ideas why?

dunno about it being an attachment even if it is how the hec do i replace it? its in my sig space when i go to change it but there is no option for pasteing a new one or uploading a new one?
