We went to a friends house, or rather a work colleagues house once and were suprised to have for supper spam and instant mash. Dont think that takes much to make do you?

These sound good Lorna we used to have crisp sandwiches when i was little , i love banannas with cold custard or mashed in sandwiches.You dont eat them together do you? A friend used to make pea-nut butter and orange marmalade sandwiches for her kids!
