No, and there hasn't been anyone unusual in the chatroom recently just us usual clan. We were all having problems for about 3 days before though. I'll have a word with you privately with some of the problems I was having, see if it's any use to Roy as to the way the hacker got in.

I think who ever hacked it, they better hope none of us accywebbers ever catch up with them :mad2:

Mine was playing up for a few days before but i blamed BT & it wasn't them for a change hehehehe

We'll send the accyweb mafia headed by Mez to sort the hacker out & god help them with us lot hehehehehe

I agree Tinks, Afternoon by the way, What possible gain could you get by doing this. I just don't understand why somebody would do this. There was a thread on Accyweb saying What sort of society do we live in?? I'm certainly beginning to wonder. :cursing:

You better get on the ferry then, it was the "Belgium Security Team" apparently. You do get them and i've no doubt one day this site will suffer from the same thing. You can't stop them all.

People just do that for fun, a little sad really especially when Accy Web is for the benefit of the community and funded out of Roy's pocket and members who donate. But what can you do? If they attacked a large organisation that makes money and overcharges, fair enough. But why a community website?

was speaking to len last night and he said that some bastid had hacked the site and put a virus on it ...why would anybody do that ?...i bet its entwisi gettin his own back coz he got rumbled in the quiz ..lol...:orange[1]:
