Worth the money?

Just heard that the Royal Family cost the taxpayers 36.8m last year. In the same newscast that we are giving half what we were giving in aid in 1960 to the starving countries of the world. Millions of children will die in the next ten years if aid isn't increased. Can't help wondering how many children could be saved with 36m.

i still think the royal family is better than a president ,i love the pomp and things ,but dont think the hangers on do any favours

feel sorry for William and Harry, they didnt ask to be born and it must be a nightmare seeing your dead mums face and hearing her voice everytime you open a newspaper or watch the telly.

Somehow I think that 36m is a tad expensive.

Sure most of us wouldn't sneeze if offered the .8m either :D :D
