You ca'nt beat a good film.

I like a good film,some I can watch time and again.
I like westerns the best,John Wayne,Clint Eastwood and co.
Got one on dvd the other day called Open Range with Robert Duvall and Kevin Costner. A bit slow in parts but the shootout was brill.
Films like The sons of katie Elder,Dean Martin running out of money and having to raffle his glass eye to get drinks in the saloon,classic.
Judge Roy Bean,The film with someone laughing at Clints horse,The Alamo.
Anyone else got films they never get fed up of watching?

Like Zulu, remember seeing it at the cinema and it was amazing! MRS Doubtfire! they are making another, The original Brief Encounter! Saw a good film the other week Sexy Beast with Ben Kingsley (who is an amazing actor) he plays a horri ble baddy! :jimbo:

i can watch Some like it hot ,and still crack up laughing at Jack Lemon and Tony Curtis,i must have seen it at least a dozen times,and i too like al the walt dizney films esspiecally at this time of year

Not really a film - but I have the V mini-series on video. I crack those babies out every now and then cause I love all that sci-fi stuff.

The special effects are bloody awful though!!!

Just to say I did'nt waste my time watching Springer on telly the other night,I saw the film Cold Mountain on dvd instead.It's a very good film and is well worth a look. It's a western set around the American civil war,and will suit most peoples tastes.

Watced Notting Hill yesterday, Sat watched Love Actually, think its a brill film!like uplifting films which they both are! :)
