Light my Fire by Jose Feliciano is IMO better than the Doors version. Hubby does not agree, but hey ho!

And last week i heard 2 young men (DONT KNOW WHO THEY WERE) singing THE FIRST TIME EVER I SAW YOUR FACE,,,Roberta Flacks origonal ......it was a very very good version....

Ok, another: Byrds 'Mr Tamborine Man' was much better than Bob Dylans version, IMO.

I like Robbie Williams singing Mr Bojangle, but the Original is better! think it was Sinatra but not sure?

Were they young (30's) blond and rather attractive. If so, it was Journey South.
