my Granny always said white rabbits at the beginning of every month, never heard it since she died, i thought shed just made it up!

Yes, my Mum used to say this to me ,I think its a nice thing to keep these sayings going! English traditions should be passed on and i always think its being positive by thinking your luck will happen if you say white rabbits on the first day of the month before uttering anything else. My Granny used to say some funny things to me - one was wash your face in the morning dew,its supposed to be good for your skin? and dont keep looking in the mirror or the devil will get you!Maybe due to my vainess?
