well, if it was a picture of christ, or the pope, and it was offensive to christians, would we be beying for blood? would we demand the death of those who drew it? no.
the christian faith and islam are fairly similar, both monotheistic, belive that jesus came etc..... muslims believe that jesus was a prophet etc, but thats besides the point. no body heard of freedom of speech????????
sweetpea, i am going to agree with you on this, the muslim faith in other countries, and probably this one, oppresses women. an example of this would be the taliban regime in afghanistan. |
